Born in Boston, MA and raised in a single-parent household, Jeison German earned his BA in Business Administration from Northeastern University through sheer will and relentless work ethic. His career began at Citizens Bank, progressed through Fleet Bank and Bank of America — where he rose to Branch Manager.

In 2014, he founded JeisonGermanGroup. He built a 200-client portfolio solo in the first two years, sold it for over $500K, rebuilt from scratch, and never stopped. Today he leads a firm managing millions in active deals across lending, real estate, merchant services, and cost consulting — while being a proud husband and father of four.

Jeison has served as a consultant and trusted financial partner to entrepreneurs across South Florida and beyond — delivering real results, real capital, and real strategy for over 21 years.
